  7.         easy-to-use tool for keeping track of your business and personal
  8.         information. This is a shareware product. It is not freeware or
  9.         in the public domain. All software and documentation are copy-
  10.         righted by VITRON Management Consulting, Inc.

  12.         The system is written entirely in CLIPPER, thereby using standard
  13.         X-BASE file formats.

  15.     │  The proper functionality of the system depends highly on two sets of │
  16.     │  files that are included:                                             │
  17.     │                                                                       │
  18.     │           the .SYS files    and    the UTIL*.* files                  │
  19.     │                                                                       │
  20.     │  PLEASE, do NOT attempt to modify these files in any way, otherwise   │
  21.     │  you run the potential risk of precluding successfuly system opera-   │
  22.     │  tion, assumming the system continues to operate at all. Make sure    │
  23.     │  you maintain a backup of the original files at all times! Any evi-   │
  24.     │  dence of your unauthorized modifications to these files may term-    │
  25.     │  inate your license to use the system. Authorization to modify these  │
  26.     │  files is obtained from VITRON in writting only!                      │

  28.     │  The system diskette contains an automated installation procedure.    │
  29.     │  We would like to recommend that you use it to install your system    │
  30.     │  properly. (Please refer to INSTALL.DOC for installation instruc-     │
  31.     │  tions and minimum system requirements.)                              │

  33.         The system diskette includes a registration form/invoice for you to
  34.         register your copy. If you are pleased with the system and continue
  35.         to use it, please register it. Some of the benefits of registration
